Conditions

After booking you car will be available in your chosen location within the selected hour. If the situation demands, you will be contacted by our office by email or phone.

Day rental is rental car for 24 hours. When booking an hour outside of opening hours is charged 500 CZK once. The hours are included in the individual branches. The car taking over and returning with a full tank. Price supplement for handing the tank is 75 CZK / liter. When signing the contract potřebuhete following documents: ID card or passport, driving license and credit card. Before renting a car is made of pre-authorization on the credit card - deposits by type of vehicle půjčovaného 15 000 - 25 000 CZK. (watch the daily limit on the card or debit card). Rate borrowings is charged for returning the car.

After booking, the car will be ready at the location and hour you have chosen. The reservation has to be made at least 24 hours before the car rent otherwise please call us by phone. If a situation demands, you will be contacted by email or phone.

One day rental counts as 24 hours. For a rental outside opening hours we charge 500 CZK (the opening hours are available at our branches). The car is rented with a full tank; kindly return it with a full tank as well. If not, there is a charge of 75.00 CZK per litre of fuel.

The following documents are required: ID card or passport, driving license and a credit card. We deduct pre-authorised payment of 15 000 - 25 000 CZK from your credit card (the amount of the deposit depends on the type of rented vehicle). Kindly make sure that your credit card daily limit covers this charge ( debet card can not be used). The final price of rental is charged after the car is returned.

The Lessee´s participation free at any damage of the vehicle concerned during its use by the Lessee amounts to 10% from the level of a damage concerned, but minimally to CZK 10 000.

If it is impossible to return the vehicle concerned after having terminated the rental relationship, the Lessee´s participation free shall amount to CZK 10% from the vehicle purchase price, but minimally to CZK 10 000.
